ReCap 4.0 First General Meeting

Our consortium was honored by Dr. Eden Y Woon, the president of Asian Institute of Technology, for his welcome remark during the first project general meeting.

“… Our experts, especially from EU partners, are essential to the success of the project. Your help in training our Thai trainers will form a solid foundation for a long-term impact. For our twelve Thai trainers, you are our ambassadors who will share with the Thai community the value of our project. I hope that your will and dedication will not only help us achieve our project goal but also strengthen the academic capacity of your country, Thailand.

To this end, I wish to express my sincere thanks to the Erasmus+ program again for giving us a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate our strong commitment to supporting sustainable growth in this region. I wish all the members a very successful project and I am looking forwards to see many more fruitful collaborations in the future.”

On the first day of the general meeting, ReCap 4.0 members got together to learn more about the project. In addition to the presentation by Dr. Pisut Koomsap (PC) and Dr.Rui M. Lima (WP1 Leader), the members had an opportunity to learn more about our target group under the topic “Strengthening Rajabhat Universities, Local Driving Mechanism, for Sustainable Growth of Thailand.” from our two guest speakers: Prof. Piya Kovintavewat, Dean of Faculty of Science and Technology, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, and Dr. Dawarit Tansuphasiri, Executive Vice President, Loxley Public Company Limited.

On the second day of the general meeting, ReCap 4.0 members got together to learn more about the execution plans of the remaining workpackages and guidelines on the individual reports.
