WP Leader Meeting on May 5, 2021
——————————————————
Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our members have been working relentlessly to move all activities forwards. On May 5, all leaders got together at the Zoom meeting to update and learn the progress in all workpackages (WPs).
.
For WP1, Dr. Rui Lima and Prof. Athakorn Kengpol said that we are testing our survey questionnaire before launching the official one in June when some of our Facebook fans will be invited to voice out.
.
For WP2, Dr. Cathal and Dr. Pisut informed us that they are preparing for our training program. We will emphasize competence development. We have a list of experts for all 10 modules and a list of our 12 Thai trainers who will go through our Train the Trainer Program. An assessment form has been developed to ensure the quality of our training module. It will be interesting.
.
For WP3, Prof. Thanate and Prof. Kanchana have been preparing to schedule training activities. They are waiting for a signal from WP1 and WP2 to start their operation. If we can offer one module to our trainee in June, that will be fantastic. Therefore, if you or your colleagues are interested to join our training program, please register at t.ly/7chE.
.
For WP4, Dr. Danaipong voiced out QC’s point of view on the progress.
.
For WP5, Dr. Tuanyot and Dr. Pisut reported the successful stories of WP5 on promoting the project and the increasing number of registration. As of now, about 53 instructors have registered for our training program. More than 90% are from Rajabhat Universities from all parts of the country. Almost 90% of them have at least 6 years of teaching experience. About 56% of them are interested in upskilling and reskilling in some topics of interest, and the remaining 46% would like to pursue our non-degree Master level certificate which they have to pass seven modules.
.
For WP6, Dr. Pisut shared with all the leaders again about the process applied in this project, informed them that all WPs have performed very well under the current situation, and thanked all the WP leaders.
